People by Marjorie Collins

Here, it is “the moment” rather a portrait that is conveyed. Compare the jogger running along the shore of Lake Michigan in Chicago, the woman returning from the same beach, and the group of people in New York with the lady relaxing in a punt by the side of the Thames or a French couple engaged in earnest conversation. These works are all in acrylic and form a genre that contrasts with my current work.
